Information for HITACHI PJ Transfer v1.09 (Projector File Transfer Tool)

When performing operations in a web browser, select [Save].

Run executable files, such as installers and self-extracting documents, in a safe manner. To run an executable file in a safe manner, launch the executable file in a safe environment (an environment that does not contain any suspicious files, such as suspicious DLL files),as follows:
1. Download the executable file. (In a web browser, click [Save].)
2. Create a new folder.
3. Move the executable file to the folder you created.
4. Launch the executable file.

Be sure to run executable files in a safe manner, even if the executable files are stored in a file-sharing directory.

Hitachi’s Software Application, ‘PJ Transfer’ (Projector File Transfer Tool) allows you to transfer files across your LAN to an external or embedded memory device for playback with your MIU enabled Hitachi LCD Projector*.


Files are transferred and then stored in either:

  • ・A USB storage device connected to the USB port of your Hitachi LCD Projector
  • ・An SD Memory Card inserted in the SD Card slot of your Hitachi LCD Projector
